Looking for a cheap beachfront private accommodation in Croatia? We offer you an one-room apartment for 3 (2+1) people located directly by the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Rtina Miletići, Ražanac nearby. The house has a large grassy garden full of greenery and natural shade.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance and a terrace with a sea view. The accommodation unit is 40 m² and consists of one double room (+ pull-out bed in a separate room), kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave oven. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, towels, bed linen and two beach chairs are available.
A free parking space is provided next to the house. Guests can use the outdoor grill.
Pets are not allowed.
There are several restaurants and a children’s playground near the house. The nearest supermarket is about 500 m away, and the ATM is about 4 km away. You will find a larger shopping center, post office, pharmacy, doctor’s clinic, library and fish market in Ražanac.
Lovers of an active holiday can combine visits to the beautiful beaches in the Zadar area (Ždrijac, Bilotinjak, Prodorica and Kraljičina beach in Nin, Bošana, Jakišnica, Zrće and Ručica on the island of Pag, Ljubač…) with trips to the waterfalls of Krka, Velebit, Plitvice, Kornati, the river Zrmanja…
