Enjoy your summer vacation near the beach in the quiet Dalmatian village of Rtina Miočići in the Zadar area. This three-bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the sea offers accommodation for 7 (6+1) people. The apartment is suitable for all those who imagine their vacation by the sea, far from mass tourism and overcrowded beaches. It is perfect for a larger family or three married couples. The residential unit has an area of 90 m² and includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen. It is located on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and all the necessary dishes. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Free use of the Internet, TV with foreign programs and air conditioning is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided, as are parking spaces for 3 cars next to the facility. From the terrace and balcony you can enjoy the view of the peaceful bay. Guests can use the barbecue in the summer kitchen. Pets are not allowed. To bring your cat or dog with you, you’ll pay a fee of 10 € per night.
Guests love the convenience of having a nice swimming beach 200 m from the vacation house and there are also other beautiful beaches nearby.
Shop, ATM and restaurants are about 200 m from the apartment. A large supermarket, post office, fish market, doctor’s clinic and pharmacy are located in Ražanac, 4 km from the apartment.
