Sweet studio apartment of 40 m² in the beautiful town of Trogir between Sibenik and Split in Central Dalmatia is ideal for a relaxing holiday for a couple with a child. It offers enough space for 2-3 people on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom, with a terrace and garden furniture. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Guests have the opportunity to use barbecue, garden and parking space. Towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are not allowed.
There are two more holiday apartments in the house. The holiday property has two free parking spaces directly on the property. For this reason, guests are strongly advised to reserve their parking space in advance. If you don’t have one, you can park your car in front of your neighbor’s house for a fee of 10 € per day.
Art and history lovers will be delighted to discover Ćipiko Palace, Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, Benedictine Monastery of St. Nicholas, Kamerlengo Fortress, St. Dominic’s Church and Monastery and other famous historical monuments. The vacation house is close to Split Airport – Sveti Jeronim.
Trogir’s main beach is easy to reach from the holiday accommodation, 5-minute walk. Beautiful attractive beaches Pantana, Medena, Copacabana, Bučevica, Kava, Lapadusa, Seget Donji, Okrug Gornji are just a few minutes drive from this beachfront apartment.

There are two other holiday apartments available for rent in the same house: ground floor studio apartment for 3 (2+1) people and top floor holiday apartment with sea view for 4 people. The homeowner is extremely nice and very helpful.
