Information for accommodation owners

Accommodation capacities must be categorized, and the owner of the accommodation capacity must have valid documentation for renting. Information needed for the presentation of facility the owner can forward by email or phone, and photos by e-mail or to the mailing address.

The owner ofthe accommodation capacity is responsible for the authenticity of numerical and textual information, and the credibility of the photos.

The owner of the accommodation capacity is obliged to report each realized booking in which we did not mediate.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time and it is effective on the date of signature by both contracting parties. Either party may terminate the contract by giving written notice (email, fax, and letter) to the other party, provided that this is done at least 30 days in advance.

Up on arrival of a guest accommodation units have to be clean and tidy.

Mena Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused to the owner or to the guest after the realization of accommodation services, so the costs caused by damage are regulated directly with the guest, i.e. the owner.

Information for guests

Prior to your arrival the accommodation is cleaned and ready for your stay, and on departure you are also expected to leave it in decent condition.

During your stay all the questions regarding accommodation or equipment must be addressed to accommodation owner. You can get owner’s name and telephone number on the booking confirmation e-mail, together with an alternative telephone number. Contact information for accommodation is not provided before your booking. You will receive full instructions and contact information, including e-mail address and telephone number on your booking confirmation e-mail. If you have a question about a particular accommodation which is not covered in the description online, please contact us and we will be happy to find out the answer for you.

The deposit paid by a guest is returned to the guest, reduced by bank charges, if the reservation is canceled 60 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled within those 60 days, or guest decides to leave before the agreed deadline, the deposit will not be returned, but it remains to the owner as the minimum compensation for loss of potential availability and to us for the advertising cost.

Time for leaving the apartment is 10:00 am, and it may also be later if the parties mutually agree.

A guest can enter the apartment from 15:00 or sooner with prior arrangement with the owner of the accommodation.

If a guest interrupts his stay, he is not entitled to a refund for the unused period of his stay.
