A house surrounded by greenery in the quiet place of Turanj on the Zadar Riviera consists of two studio apartments that can be rented individually. The facility has enough space for 7 people (5 adults and two small children). Two children's beds are offered in the facility. Both apartments have air conditioning; the use of air-conditioning costs 5 €. Guests have available the use of the Internet and grill, electric kettle and coffee machine. In the small 20 square metre studio apartment, small pets to the maximum size of 30 cm are permitted. The small apartment has a large covered terrace that is 20 square meters in size, while the larger 40 square metre apartment has a balcony that is 10 square metres in size. In front of the house is a large parking lot.
The beach is 300 metres away from the house, whilst a restaurant and shop are 200 metres and 400 metres away respectivley.
In the nearby tourist town of Biograd on the sea (approximately 5 kilometres away) you will find a bank, pharmacy, post office, doctor, petrol (gas) station, restaurants, bars, sports facilities and a great opportunity for fun and partying.
The place is perfect for families and people who want a good rest, but at the same time not far from major tourist destinations, national parks and other attractions.
