If you are looking for a cozy holiday home with a pool on the island of Brac, then you have come to the right place! The small village of Skrip in Dalmatia is surrounded by beautiful nature, far from the noise and bustle, yet close to the beach. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a successful holiday. The first class property is for sole use and is ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people, 8+4.
The large, well-kept property of 500 m² and perfect facilities promise a comfortable stay. The friendly living space extends over two floors on 150 m² (two apartments with 75 m² each) and consists of two dining and living rooms, four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens with a wide range of kitchen utensils as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Kettle. It is equipped with TV SAT, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, umbrellas and 6 deck chairs. Outdoor pool, parking lot, solar garden shower, sun terraces and playground (darts, billiards, table football…) are also at your disposal. In the garage you can park your car carefree and safely. Here you can borrow a high chair or a cot for free. It is allowed to bring pets.
Bike rental is available for all guests to explore the enchanting area.
The pebbly beach is 2.5 km away. Beautiful sandy beach Lovrečina near Postira is easily accessible by car, 5 km. Shop and restaurant are only 100 m away from the house. It is 8 km from the holiday home to the next larger town of Supetar. The distance from the airport is 40 km.
Fans of clean sea, active vacation, water sports, pebble, rocky and sandy beaches such as Murvica, Potočine, Zlatni rat and Martinica in Bol, Koromaslinova in Milna will be delighted if they choose Brač island as a destination for their next summer vacation.
