The apartment is 70 m² in size and can accommodate 2 people in the separate double bedroom and two more people on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The maximum occupancy of the holiday apartment is 4 people (including children). You can spend cozy hours on the terrace and prepare a delicious meal on the brick barbecue.
In addition to the stove and refrigerator, oven and hob, the fully equipped kitchen has many electrical appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. A comfortable pull-out sofa bed and a satellite television await you in the spacious living room. Air conditioning in the living room and WiFi are also included in the price. Made-up beds and towels are included in the overnight price. The facilities also include a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables. Pets are not allowed.

There are two additional residential units in the holiday property. The holiday home has free parking spaces for two cars, directly on the property. For this reason, the guest is strongly advised to reserve the parking space in advance. If you don’t have one, you can park your car in front of your neighbor’s house for a fee of 10 € per day.

Good shopping opportunities and everything you need for your daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Other shopping opportunities and shopping centers are easy to reach by car if you want to do larger purchases.
Restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, bakeries and sights can be found in the center of Trogir, just a few minutes walk away.

There are two other holiday apartments available for rent in the same house: ground floor studio apartment for 3 (2+1) people and top floor holiday apartment with sea view for 4 people. The homeowner is extremely nice and helpful.
