If you’re coming to Croatia in summer? The affordable one-bedroom apartment is located near the beach in the small fishing village of Rtina Miocici, 25 km from Zadar, 17 km from Posedarje. This is an ideal opportunity for 3 (2+1) guests to enjoy a relaxed holiday. The apartment on the first floor has a living space of 30 m² and is divided into triple bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The mini-kitchen is equipped dining table, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a satellite TV in the sleeping room.
The balcony with a sea view is at your disposal. Guests receive free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a parking space in front of the house, as well as bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Dogs are allowed for an extra fee, 10 € per night.
A grocery store, which offers a large selection of everything, is only 100 meters from the property. If you don’t want to cook yourself, there are also a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ATM is 100 m away. The distance to the beautiful pebble beach is 300 m.
