A detached holiday home with a heated pool in Ninski Stanovi offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. For guests who want to be close to Zadar (North Dalmatia), and at the same time want to enjoy peace and quiet. It can accommodate up to 8 (6+2) people. The 120 m² area offers a spacious living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The possibility of using Playstation 4. The air conditioner ensures a pleasant sleep in the summer months.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, sufficient amount of bed linen are at your disposal.
You can relax in the jacuzzi or on the terrace equipped with garden furniture. A pool table guarantees good fun. Free parking spaces are provided next to the plot. The barbecue in the summer kitchen is an additional plus that awaits you. Pets are allowed on request. Bicycle rental is available for all guests to explore this beautiful area.
