Lovely house with a fantastic sea view in a paeceful pictoresque village of Razanac near Zadar, at just 150 metres away from the sea. Ideal for individuals, couples and families. This quietly located house consists of 2 apartments for 4 people, 33 m², 2+2. Situated on the first floor. Both apartments have TV SAT, Wifi-Internet, air conditioning and are fully equipped with coffee maker, water cooker, iron, bath and bed linen. Pets not allowed. Guests also have access to parking, barbecue, balcony ( 9 m² ), table and chairs. 400 metres from the nearest restaurant and market.
