Anyone looking for privacy on vacation will appreciate a detached holiday home with its own pool. This affordable house is quiet and secluded in the village of Bartici near Labin in Istria. The airport Pula is 48 km away.
The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. Guests can benefit from air conditioning, washing machine, iron and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. There is a satellite TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. You can park your car in the parking lot directly at the house. At your disposal is the barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals, garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers. Your pet is welcome on request for a fee, 5 €. The children can splash around happily while the parents enjoy a refreshing drink on the terrace. The pool can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.
The house is not far from the beach, only 7 km. You can enjoy delicious meals in the restaurant 2 km away from the house. The nearest supermarket is only 4,5 km away. The possibilities for interesting excursions are almost unlimited: Pula, Brijuni, Rovinj, Porec, Novigrad, Motovun, Vrsar, Hum, Umag…
