A quietly located holiday house in a picturesque village of Ljubac near Zadar (Northern Dalmatia), at 100 meters away from the sandy beach. This house consists of two affordable apartments and can accommodate up to 10 guests (8+2). The total area of each apartment (4+1) is 70 m² and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room and a bathroom. From the living room you have access to a wonderful terrace with magnificent sea view.
The apartments have free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioner ensures a pleasant sleep in the summer months. Towels, bed linen, a microwave oven and a kettle are available. Pets are not allowed. A common room with a washing machine and free private parking is available on site.
Just a short walk to the restaurant, 500 m. The shop is located 800 m from the house.
Post office, pharmacy, doctor, larger Tommy shopping center, library and fish market are in the neighboring town of Ražanac.
The sandy beach next to the house is the perfect choice for families with small children.

Nature lovers will especially appreciate the opportunity for day trips to some of Croatia’s most stunning national parks, including Paklenica National Park, perfect for hiking and adventure, Krka National Park with its spectacular waterfalls and the Kornati Islands, a paradise for sailors and boating enthusiasts. The nearby Zrmanja River is another popular destination, offering rafting adventures and breathtaking canyon scenery.
