Just relax and feel at home. The comfortably furnished holiday home with pool in the small, quiet village of Linardici in the western part of the island of Krk makes it possible! The island of Krk, one of the largest Croatian islands, is located in the Kvarner Bay and is connected to the mainland by a bridge.
Far away from stressful everyday life, this beautiful and well-kept holiday home on the 800 m² plot, 2 km from the beach, promises you an unforgettable family holiday. It has two separate residential units for 6 people, 4+2.
The friendly living space in each unit extends over two floors to approx. 68 m² and is divided into 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two separate beds), a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. There is a washing machine in every bathroom.
Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Of course, when you arrive, all beds will be freshly made and towels will be ready.
Both have a large terrace (35 m²) with a view of the sea and the channel between the islands of Krk and Cres. The pool with sun loungers and furnished terrace offers pure bathing fun. With free parking and a brick barbecue that invites you to spend cozy evenings. Bed linen and towels are provided. Dogs are allowed to come on holiday here for free!
The house is 50 m from the restaurant and 2 km from the shop.
In the next town of Malinska there is a post office, pharmacy, doctor, shops, restaurants, pastry shops, doctor, sailing school, kayak rental…
