With approximately 70 m² of living space, each unit features two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, and one (or two) bathrooms. While you plan the day’s excursions and activities, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the magnificent Velebit Mountains.
Each apartment is air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels provides all the entertainment you desire. Various electrical appliances, such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, are available. The bathroom is modern and includes a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The brick barbecue ensures pleasant hours of culinary delights. There is enough parking for six cars right next to the house, so you can bring your four-legged friend along at no extra cost.
Parasols and comfortable loungers are set up around the communal pool, where you can take a relaxing break. The house’s well-maintained outdoor area also includes a playground. Next to the villa is a covered structure with garden furniture for relaxing.
The location is undoubtedly unique due to its immediate proximity to the sea (100 m). The short distance to the beach (300 m) and the central location for fun day trips make this holiday apartment in Razanac ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. The sandy beach in Ljubac, approximately 5 km away, offers a large, shallow swimming area. The airport is approximately 30 km away.
The sightseeing sights in the Zadar area are endless. Historical and cultural monuments and important religious buildings are within easy reach. The Zadar holiday region offers many great leisure and excursion destinations (Kornati Islands, Northern Velebit, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls). The Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun are worth seeing.
