If you are looking for peace and relaxation on holiday, the island of Ugljan is the right place for you. This 130 m² detached house in Lukoran extends over two floors and can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. You have the entire holiday home to yourself and only share it with your fellow travelers. The holiday property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi and TV SAT. The house also includes two bathrooms (shower/tub), a separate dining/living room and two separate and well-equipped kitchens. You can end the day on the terrace or with the grill. Two cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the house. Your pets are allowed, 10 EUR per night. The use of the washing machine is free of charge. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach from the holiday home. The nearest shop can be reached after approx. 2 km. From here it is only a 2 minute walk to the restaurant.
The island of Ugljan, a real holiday paradise for divers, boaters, sun-seekers and cyclists, delights its guests with many secluded bathing bays, dense pine forests, old olive groves and wonderful sandy and pebble beaches. The most beautiful beaches include Kostanj Bay, Mostir, Čeprljanda, Batalaža, Centar, Pavlešina, Jaz, Velika and Mala Sabuša.
The island is connected to Zadar by a regular ferry line. The ferry crossing from Zadar to Preko takes about 25 minutes.
