The living room extends to 70 m². The apartment has a kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, an anteroom and a terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) invites you to cook. The pull-out comfortable sofa bed offers sleeping space for two people. There is also a satellite TV in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning and free use of WiFi. A washing machine, bed linen including towels are available. Additional facilities include an ironing board, an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables.
You can enjoy relaxing hours on the furnished terrace or end the day with a cozy barbecue evening. There is a built-in grill.
Pets are not allowed.

For this reason, guests are strongly advised to reserve their parking space in advance. If you don’t have one, you can park your car in front of your neighbor’s house for a fee of €10 per day.
