The comfortable holiday home near the beach with pool in Rtina Stosici in Northern Dalmatia is ideal for single use and for families and groups of up to 13 (10+3) people. The holiday property offers everything guests need for a successful holiday. It’s really a dream to get up in the morning and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the bay from the terrace.
The friendly room extends over two floors to approx. 160 m² and consists of a large living room, three double bedrooms, two triple rooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, two kitchens with extensive kitchen utensils as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kettle . It is equipped with WiFi, TV SAT, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The living room is equipped with comfortable sleeping accommodation.
Bedding and towels are included.
Guests can grill outdoors and enjoy delicious food on the terrace right next to the house. There is enough parking space for several cars right next to the house. There are parasols and comfortable loungers around the pool where you can take a relaxing break.
Pets are allowed upon request.
It is only a short walk to the beautiful pebble beach, 250 m. The supermarket, which offers a large selection of everything, is also only 1300 meters away from the holiday accommodation. Further shopping opportunities and everything for your daily needs can be found in Razanac, 6 km. Some restaurants are a 3-minute drive from the holiday home. The airport in Zemunik Donji is located in close proximity to Zadar, about 30 km from Rtina Stosici.
There are many natural beauties around Rtina Stosici (Paklenica National Park, Telašćica Nature Park, Kornati Archipelago National Park, Lake Vran Nature Park, Zrmanja River and Canyon, Modrič, Manita peć and Cerovačke špilje Cave…) waiting to be discovered by you.
