With a view of the sea, this holiday home in Rtina Miletici between Zadar and the island of Pag impresses guests with its direct beach location. The house can accommodate 6 to 8 people and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday in northern Dalmatia. It consists of 2 ground floor apartments for 3 (2+1) or 5 (4+1) people.
In the holiday apartment for up to 5 people there are 60 m² of living space, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment for 3 (2+1) people has 40 m² and consists of a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an anteroom with a sofa bed.
Here you can start the day on the south facing terraces and enjoy a great view of the bay. From the house there are only a few steps to the beach.
A private parking is located directly next to the house. At a beautiful barbecue area you can slowly end the day. Both the air conditioning and the Internet via W-Lan are already included in the price. Both residential units are air-conditioned. Towels and bed linen are included in the room rate.
Pets are not allowed.
A major advantage is that the holiday home is only a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants. You can easily reach a small supermarket in 5 minutes on foot.
